My name is Tina. I was born in Kent, and my love of Food was born from a time when I lived in Nigeria, home to one of the most delicious Cuisines in the World.

After moving to the UK at the age of twenty, I worked in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 30 years, and my passion for Food grew stronger. I love to cook flavoursome food for family and friends, so it seemed natural to extend who I cook for through my Nigerian Takeaway Service, in a place I now call home, Colchester in the UK.
